Client:

The Client is a US-based organization that provides financial consulting services to help their clients minimize the risk in investment.

Requirement:

Client is already having community license and using the Salesforce Community cloud-based solution to provide a platform for the investor and agents and manufacturing units to collaborate on deals. The platform is now not sufficient for the users as they need more personalized collaboration/solution with new set of roles and permissions.

Community cloud is not providing that much flexibility and customer is restricted with budget for switching the Salesforce edition.

Solution Delivered:

Solution Delivered Solution was provided by creating new custom user roles and we implemented sharing logic by manipulating the Salesforce existing default-sharing model.

Permission granting mechanism is custom developed so that users of different custom roles can access the records.

Proper code review and testing is done to ensure the solution is working as expected by the business.

That immediately saved a lot of Cost for the customer.

Delivered Results:

Client was able to deliver smooth collaboration for users of the platform while remaining in the same Salesforce Community Cloud edition.
