  • Implemented Lightning App and LWC Components for manging cart of solutions, editing and deleting components from the cart/basket.
  • Quote document creation
  • Contract document creation and signing off via DocuSign.
  • Implemented approvals as High value opportunities having big baskets needs approvals to go-ahead
  • Automatic Order creation along with order line items based on the items selected in the basket.
  • Order orchestration steps running in background which will identify services and subscriptions to be managed
  • REST API Integrations along with Callouts for managing Billing and Provisioning processes.
  • Reporting and Analytical dashboards

Delivered Results:

The development of a Lightning App and Lightning Web Components (LWC) enabled effective cart management, allowing users to modify and remove components. Quote and contract document creation, along with DocuSign integration for signing, streamlined the process. Automated order creation and line item generation were based on cart selections, with background order orchestration managing services and subscriptions.
