Client The Client is a telecom company providing its services nationwide.

Requirement:

Requirement The Customer was using Salesforce Sales Cloud to support their sales activities and SharePoint system for storing, managing, and sharing their sales documents (quotes, contracts, orders, proposals, Purchase Order, Invoices etc) and marketing content (marketing clips, presentations, videos).

There is a lot of confusion on the shared documents as those are kept on two different platforms and tracking of documents was becoming very difficult.

Solution Delivered:

Our investigated the business challenges and prepared detailed technical requirements to the application. Using the requirements, the team created a custom application for Salesforce–SharePoint integration with the LWC framework. The application added as a section in the Salesforce Account, Contact, and Opportunity records. The application enabled real time synchronization with SharePoint Online, which allowed:

Custom Settings were used heavily to make the solution customizable.

Access enablement is done via single sign-on (SSO), using Salesforce SAML settings.

A user guide is created by the team for usage and customization details.
