Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WorkDay HRMS Software Specialist to join our team.

●      The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with HRMS software preferably Workday, either as a developer or during software migration projects.

●      They should be well-versed in SQL and have a solid understanding of People and Culture data sets.

●      The candidate should possess excellent project management skills and be a strong communicator.

●      Tableau Dashboard development experience is a plus.

 

Requirements:

 

●      Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience working with WorkDay or any HRMS software.

●      Strong knowledge and experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.

●      Previous experience working with People and Culture data sets is highly desired.

●      Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

●      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

●      Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and analytical mindset.

●      Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

●      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

●      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize WorkDay HRMS software.

●      Management and timely communication on the currently running projects for Q4

●      Participate in software migration of WorkDay  , ensuring smooth transition and data integrity.

●      Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports for data extraction and analysis.

●      Work closely with People and Culture data sets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

●      Provide guidance and support to end-users, addressing any technical issues or concerns.

●      Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring successful completion within set deadlines.

●      Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement best practices.

●      Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in HR technology and WorkDay software.

●      Support on ongoing Tableau development

Shift Time

10 AM - 7 PM IST

B.E./B. Tech (IT/Computers)

Preferred Qualifications

B.E./B. Tech (IT/Computers); BCA, MCA, B. Sc (IT/Computers)
