Job Description

Job Title: Freelance IT Recruiter

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Job Type: Freelance/Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source potential candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, both virtual and telephonic.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases to track and manage candidate information.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

 

Responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
  • Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
