Job Description

Job title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

 

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and accessing high-quality solutions across multiple projects and product lines. You will take ownership of end-to-end engineering of projects. Collaborating with engineering teams,  you will ensure effective development of products / solutions and platforms.

 

Mandatory skills: ServiceNow Product configuration, scripting

Desired skills: Preferred TMForum and Telecom knowledge.

Domain: Telco OSS

Certifications: All development resources should be certified in ServiceNow- developers should have CAD ; CIS ( at least 2 -3 modules like CSM ; ITSM ; Service Mapping ; ITOM etc )

 

Minimum Relevant Experience : 5 Years

Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:

    •              Develop and assess high-quality solutions.

    •              Own end-to-end engineering of projects.

    •              Drive continuous improvement of applications.

    •              Follow best practices for development and deployment.

    •              Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and aligned developments.

Shift Time

12-9 PM IST

Minimum Qualifications

B.E./B. Tech (IT/Computers)

Preferred Qualifications

B.E./B. Tech (IT/Computers); BCA, MCA, B. Sc (IT/Computers)
