Responsibilities

• Model Development: Develop, train, and optimize machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) models for various use cases.
• Data Preparation: Collect, preprocess, and analyze data for training and testing purposes.
• Deployment: Deploy AI/ML models into production using tools and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologies. Should have knowledge of any backend technology like Nodejs, PHP or Python
• Problem-Solving: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve problems using AI solutions.
• Integration: Work with software developers and data engineers to integrate AI models into existing systems or new applications.
• Research: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and frameworks to enhance the team's capabilities.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of deployed AI models and implement improvements as necessary.

Technical Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with other languages like R or Java is a plus.
• Experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Proficient in working with data manipulation libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas).
• Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or other AI domains.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) for deploying AI models.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Or IT
