Job Description

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Architect / Tech Lead / Developer with
expertise in software development, project architecture, and team management for
delivering large-scale web and mobile application projects. The ideal candidate will have
strong hands-on experience in PHP frameworks, modern front-end frameworks like React,
cloud platforms (Azure and AWS), and scalable system design. The candidate will also
manage and oversee mobile development for Android and iOS platforms, ensuring smooth
integration and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Define and drive technical architecture for web and mobile applications.
Oversee development using PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, CakePHP,
Symfony), CMS (WordPress, Joomla), and front-end frameworks like React and
Angular.
Architect scalable and secure systems, ensuring performance optimization and
high availability.
Manage and guide the development of Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) applications,
ensuring alignment with architectural goals.
Select technology stacks, create wireframes, and approve UI/UX designs.
Cloud Expertise
Architect and deploy cloud-based solutions on Azure and AWS.
Ensure scalability, security, and cost-effective cloud infrastructure.
Project Management
Gather and analyze requirements, create detailed project roadmaps, and manage
resources.
Define project scope, risks, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and efficient use of project management
tools.
Team and Delivery Management
Lead teams ranging from 5 to 200 members, including developers, designers, and
QA engineers.

Conduct code reviews, resolve technical challenges, and mentor team members on
complex tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for third-party integrations and innovative
solutions.
Client Communication
Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, providing project updates and
gathering feedback.
Ensure client requirements are met with high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

Required Skills and Expertise
Technical Skills
Expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, CakePHP, Symfony) and CMS
(WordPress, Joomla).
Proficient in React, Node.js, Angular, jQuery, and HTML/CSS.
Cloud expertise in Azure and AWS, including architecture and deployment.
Experience with mobile application management, including Android (Kotlin) and
iOS (Swift).
Strong database management experience using MySQL and other relational
databases.
Specialized Knowledge
Performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices.
Expertise in microservices and monolithic architecture.
Hands-on experience with blockchain-based solutions, SaaS products, and API
integrations.
Project Delivery
Proven ability to manage projects ranging from 40 to 12,000 hours.
Soft Skills
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent time management and organizational qualities.
Experience 15+ years

Shift Time

10 am till 7 pm IST
