Partner Operations Coordinator​ 
 

Role Purpose 

Nexon is seeking a Partner Operations Coordinator, which is a critical role within our organisation. You will be responsible in managing the operations of partner programs, supporting business vendors, and ensuring the smooth execution of funding and incentive programs. 

 

Experience & Knowledge 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service and sales administration. 
  • 3 years in business analysis, sales/or operational experience, and has experience working with partner portals, funding programs, and incentive management platforms. Experience with Microsoft partner portals and programs will be highly regarded. 
  • Proficiency in reporting and Microsoft Excel analytics tools, with a focus on delivering clear insights and recommendations. 
  • A team orient mindset, someone who enjoys working as a part of a group yet capable of being autonomous in their role. 
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
  • Tertiary education preferable 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities 

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of partner-related activities, addressing any issues or roadblocks as they arise. 
  • Utilise Nexon CRM to maintain, update and identify opportunities specific to vendor partners, ensuring alignment with available incentives and funding programs. 
  • Gain a thorough understanding of partner programs and initiatives to identify additional funding opportunities that align with business objectives and partner needs.  
  • Submit, track, and follow through on funding requests for vendor incentive programs, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and efficiently through to payment. 
  • Create and manage opportunities and deal registration in vendor partner portals, ensuring all processes are followed for successful submission and tracking of funding requests. 
  • Prepare and distribute internal reports on the volume, status, and outcomes of partner program activities and funding requests, providing insights into performance and identifying areas for improvement. 
  • Develop and refine processes and documentation that keep our Microsoft and other partner incentives aligned and effective, ensuring we maximise earnings across the various programs 
  • Leverage data to draw insights to identify opportunities and report on progress. 
  • Work with internal cross functional teams to help achieve partnership objectives and improve processes to work with partners.
