Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to lead and nurture strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP and CRM systems, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing large accounts.

Key Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in client relationship or account management roles.

  • Strong knowledge and experience with ERP and CRM systems, including:

    • Salesforce

    • Microsoft Dynamics 365

    • Oracle NetSuite

    • Sage Intacct

    • Odoo

  • Familiarity with technologies such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, and AI/ML solutions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage large and complex accounts.

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field.

  • Prior experience in IT services, ERP consulting, or technology implementation firms.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.

  • Understand client needs and align them with TechWize's solutions.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with sales teams.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address any issues proactively.

  • Prepare account plans and reports to drive client engagement and revenue growth.

Shift Time

10 am till 7 pm IST
