Job Description

Product Owner (Telecom) ServiceNow

Product Owner and Specialist profiles for ServiceNow and more concrete for the modules TNI(Telecom Network Inventory), OMT( Order Management) PPM/FSM( Field Service Management) as well as STM ( Service Test Management).

  • Management of the ServiceNow product backlog, including defining and prioritizing requirements
  • Very good knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly the PPM and FSM modules
  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure the company's business requirements are met
  • Communication and prioritization of product requirements to the development team
  • Development and maintenance of a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow features and functionalities, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Engaging with stakeholders to define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases
  • Working closely with the development team to ensure effective implementation of user stories
  • Ideally, experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly in the planning and construction of fiber optic networks
  • Participation in agile projects, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews

 

Responsibilities

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow, especially the modules PPM and FSM
  • Between 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a ServiceNow environment
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, ServiceNow best practices, and standards is desirable
  • Experience in defining and prioritizing requirements and managing a product backlog
  • Practical knowledge of or certification in ITIL is desirable
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly in fiber optic networks, is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
