Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager cum Customer Relationship Manager to oversee project execution, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure seamless coordination with internal development teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster positive client interactions while ensuring on-time project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management and client relationship handling, preferably in IT/software development.
  • Proven ability to manage client communications with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Experience working with developers and understanding technical workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and excellent relationship management.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Oversee and guide the development team to ensure tasks are on track and issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Track project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify potential project risks or delays and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their feedback, concerns, and evolving needs.
  • Manage project documentation, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Drive internal team alignment and ensure smooth workflow between client expectations and developer output.
  • Escalate critical issues to senior management as needed and follow through to resolution.
