Vibe Coder / AI-Assisted Software Developer

Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an innovative and agile Vibe Coder with at least 4 years of total development experience, including 1+ year working with AI-assisted coding tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar LLM-based platforms.

As a Vibe Coder, your core strength lies in using natural language prompts to collaborate with AI, rapidly prototype features, and build working software through iterative and intuitive development.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in software development (backend/frontend/full-stack).
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) in development workflows.
  • Solid understanding of one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, TypeScript, Java).
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and refactoring skills.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, experimental environments.

 

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Experience working in rapid prototyping, innovation labs, or startups.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering or natural language processing.
  • Exposure to Agile or lean product development.
  • Passion for emerging tech and AI tools.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Tabnine, etc.) to generate, debug, and improve code.
  • Convert product ideas and natural language prompts into functional applications or modules.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to develop MVPs and scalable features.
  • Identify AI-generated code limitations and intervene with manual logic when needed.
  • Continuously explore and improve prompt techniques to optimize code quality and speed.
  • Maintain clean, testable, and maintainable code, even when AI-generated.
