Job Description

TechWize is hiring a Sales Head/Sales Director/BD Head to drive net-new Salesforce-led business in the US market. This is a pure hunter role — no account management or farming — reporting to leadership. Open to full-time or fractional/part-time engagement, based on fit. Ideal candidate has 10+ years of B2B software/IT services sales experience, a strong existing network within the Salesforce ecosystem, and a proven track record of independently closing new business.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage decision-makers (CIOs, CROs, VP Sales) at target US companies
  • Build and own the sales pipeline from scratch — network, cold outreach, referrals, events
  • Run full deal cycles: discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, closure
  • Hit monthly/quarterly new business revenue targets
  • Map client pain points to Salesforce solutions in partnership with pre-sales teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and report pipeline status to leadership
