About the Role

We are hiring 2 Senior Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse Developers to support a client engagement during Australian business hours (AEST). This is a hands-on, senior-level role requiring deep expertise across Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps on the Dataverse platform - not a general Power Apps/SharePoint role.

  • - Engagement: Contract, 6 months (extendable based on performance and project needs)
  • - Location: Remote, PAN India
  • - Shift: AEST business hours

 

Must-Have Skills

  • 8+ years overall IT experience; 5+ years hands-on on D365 CE/Dataverse/Power Platform.
  • - Proven expertise in Canvas App development (Power Fx, component libraries, custom connectors).
  • - Proven expertise in Model-Driven App development (forms, views, business process flows, ribbon customization).
  • - Strong understanding of Dataverse security and solution architecture.
  • - Experience with plugin development (C#) and the Dataverse SDK.
  • - Experience with Power Automate cloud flows.
  • - Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, .NET, and Web API integrations.
  • - Excellent communication skills; comfortable working directly with client stakeholders.

Good to Have

  • Microsoft certifications: PL-200, PL-400, MB-600/MB-700.
  • - Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
  • - Exposure to Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, Application Insights).
  • - Prior experience with Australian or offshore clients in a remote delivery model.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, and/or Field Service) on Dataverse.
  • - Build and enhance Model-Driven Apps: entities/tables, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, ribbon/command bar customization.
  • - Design and develop Canvas Apps using advanced Power Fx, reusable component libraries, and custom connectors.
  • - Develop plugins and custom workflow activities using C#/.NET on the Dataverse SDK.
  • - Build and manage Power Automate cloud flows for automation and integration.
  • - Implement integrations using Dataverse Web API, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
  • - Own ALM: solution management, Azure DevOps/Git, CI/CD pipelines across Dev/Test/Prod.
  • - Define Dataverse security models: business units, security roles, teams, field/row-level security.
  • - Collaborate directly with Australia-based stakeholders during AEST hours for design, demos, and UAT support.
