Client:

A US-based EdTech company providing professional development platforms and online learning services for corporate and educational clients. Leading EdTech company faced significant inefficiencies in managing employee photos across multiple enterprise platforms. They wanted an automated, scalable solution that could handle photo uploads, validation, formatting, and distribution with minimal human intervention.

Requirement:

    The client’s legacy photo workflow required employees to manually submit images in multiple formats for different platforms, resulting in high rejection rates and IT ticket volume. The backend was built on FastAPI and the frontend on React, fully mobile-responsive.
